Washington, DC – United States Senator Michael Bennet announced today that he has hired Rosemary Rodriguez, Commissioner of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), to replace his current State Director, Renny Fagan. Renny is resigning his position to serve as the President of the Colorado Non-Profit Association.

Rosemary will join Jeff Lane, Chief of Staff, and Sarah Kendall Hughes, Deputy Chief of Staff, as a member of Senator Bennet’s Senior Staff.

“Rosemary has devoted her career to serving the people of Colorado and our nation in several capacities and I am thrilled to have her as part of my team,” said Senator Bennet. “The people of Colorado will be well served by Rosemary’s addition to this office.”

As State Director, Rosemary will be charged with the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of Senator Bennet’s eight regional Senate offices, located in Denver, Fort Morgan, Fort Collins, Grand Junction, Durango, Pueblo, Alamosa and Colorado Springs.
